Delivery Times and Rates
Home deliveries will be made from 9am to 6pm daily. Please place your orders by 6:00 pm at least a day before delivery.
-Order value: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above SGD 150! The minimum order is SGD 80. A delivery fee of SGD 10 is charged for orders below SGD150.
-Delivery timings: We start home deliveries from 9 am to 6 pm. Please allow flexibility as we will have to deliver accordingly to our planned routes and may not be able to accommodate specific requests for delivery timings. Should you have an important event timing to meet, we highly recommend that you visit our physical store to make the purchase instead. This will alleviate any worries about having to wait for deliveries to arrive.
- Receiving goods: Please have someone around available to receive the goods. This is particularly for deliveries to private condominiums which require security clearance. Should there be no one around to receive the goods, we will have to leave the goods at your door step.

Evergreen Seafood delivers island-wide to all addresses in Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Pulau Ubin. For your convenience we will call you before delivery, so please be sure to provide us your mobile number.
We are committed to delivering your orders in good quality, taking utmost care in the packaging of live and frozen seafood to ensure they are kept cool and dry in a sealed, insulated box with ice packs all the way until it reaches you.We deliver via our own Evergreen Seafood Fleet and also with selected couriers.
As seafood are perishable items and for food hygiene purposes, please have someone ready to receive your parcel and acknowledge delivery.
In the event the delivery is not received, depending on the nature of the goods and circumstances, we may proceed with either placing the goods at your doorstep or returning them to our store. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee of SGD20. Should you not be contactable to set up a date and time for redelivery, the order will lapse in cancellation.
Re-delivery or if Something is Wrong with Your Order
If your address details are incorrect, or if you wish to reschedule your delivery, please notify us 1 day in advance by calling us at 6582 0111 or email us at email@example.com. We will accommodate your requests as far as possible but if the delivery process has already begun for your order, we seek your understanding that we cannot change the delivery time-slot nor delivery address.
In the rare occurance where our delivery failed to arrive or a wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately on the same day of delivery by calling 65820 111 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and we will work with you to arrange for replacement and re-delivery as needed.
Self Collection with Delivery Fees Fully Refunded
If you are able to do a self collection, we encourage you to visit our physical store for a "look-see,pick & choose" experience where you can order and purchase directly instead of transacting online. You may give us a call at 65820 111 prior to your visit should you wish to check on stock availability. Our store is located at 94 E Jalan Senang, Singapore 418472.
However, should you prefer to shop online and do a self collection thereafter, please give us a call at 65820 111 or write to us at email@example.com in advance, giving notice of at least 1 working day for us to prepare the items for you. Head down to our seafood store and we will refund you the delivery fees upon your collection.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Placed an order but change your mind? No worries!
You may cancel in the period within 3 days from the date of order and up to the day before delivery. If you’d like to change your order before it is delivered to you, give us a call and we’ll gladly process it. Cancellations will be refunded via digital store credits.
For cancellations made beyond 3 days after the date or order, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of 30% of the value of your order.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to change or cancel your order your item on the date of delivery itself as the items might have already be on its way to you!
Refund and Exchange Policy
We are confident of the products we carry and deliver and we want you to feel the same.Due to food hygiene reasons, goods sold are not refundable and non-returnable. If you have received our products in a condition that is not to your liking, please call us immediately on the same day of your order and we will work to resolve this together. We ask that you do not discard the item but instead take a photo and keep it frozen while we head down to see what we can do for you.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges if damages or spoilege are not due to any error on our part.
All payments must be made online using your credit or debit card when you check out your shopping cart. For online orders, we do not accept cheques, cashier's orders, or cash. However, payments by NETS or cash is acceptable at our physical store at 94E Jalan Senang Singapore 418472.
Eating raw or undercooked seafood poses a health risk to everyone, but especially to the elderly, young children under age 4, pregnant women and other highly susceptible individuals with compromised immune systems. The cooking of such food reduces the risk of illness. If you have chronic illness of the liver, stomach, blood, or have immune disorders, you are at greater risk of illness from raw oysters and should eat oysters fully cooked. If unsure, consult your physician. Evergreen Seafood Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any mishap that may arise from consumption of seafood.
