Pack size: 4-5kg per trout. Price is based on per fish.
Handling Option: You may choose for us to pack them whole, or have it filleted and scaled for your ease. For the latter option, we recommend it be fully cooked and do not encourage raw consumption.
Fresh and not frozen! This Whole Salmon Trout is directly flown from Norway and is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids which aids the brain development for kids and beauty for women. To maintain its freshness, it is recommended to consume it within one to two days and to keep it in the coolest part of your fridge with temperatures ranging from 0 to 4°C. To cook, simply have it steamed, pan-fried, grilled or stir-fried for a healthy and delectable meal! You may also retain its bones for soup stock or separately make a dish from the head itself!
