Fresh and not frozen! This Whole Salmon Trout is from Norway and weighs about 4-5kg each.  It is directly flown in by air from Norway to Singapore to ensure its freshness and quality.  It is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids which aids the brain development for kids and beauty for women. To maintain its freshness, it is recommended to consume it within one to two days and to keep it in the coolest part of your fridge with temperatures ranging from 0 to 4°C.  To cook, simply have it steamed, pan-fried, grilled or stir-fried for a healthy and delectable meal! You may also retain its bones for soup stock or separately make a dish from the head itself!
