Live Canada Dungeness Crab

The Dungeness crab is the undisputed king of the West Coast, found in chilly Pacific Ocean waters. It is named after a small fishing village in Washington State and is popular with its white, sweet and tender flesh. The flesh has a delicate flavour and slightly sweet taste. The Dungeness crab may be boiled or steamed to retain the real sweetness of the crab meat. Each crab weighs approximately 800g-1kg.
